Kingman Spyder RS & RSX Paintball Gun Review - Discover the
strengths and weakness of the Spyder RS & RSX. Check out pictures, and even a slew of videos near the bottom of the page!
The Spyder RS is the most badass gun on the planet. Rated at
20+ BPS (balls per second) you will be shooting ropes of paint! (Note:Rope refers to a large amount of paintballs flying through the air giving the illusion of a rope).
Unfortunately the Spyder RS is only meant for a certain group of players.
It's called the 'anyone group'. Meaning... if you're a person that plays paintball, this marker can be used by you. If you're looking for all the qualities of woodsball, and speedball all gift-wrapped into one, then look no further. Here I'm going to overview the Spyder RS in all it's glory,
so pull up a chair and sit on the floor...
Noobie Note: Extra bits of information are added for those of you that would like to pretend you understand, but really in fact have a lot of questions. No need to feel embarrassed, we all have to start somewhere! See videos at the end of the review.
~ Picture This... ~
You're playing a scenario game at your local field. The enemy has you pinned down in your bunker. But you notice that the paint isn't raining down on you
all that fast. That's because the enemy doesn't have the Spyder RS in their arsenal.
Immediately realizing your advantage you spring up and rain down paint on his trench. You're not just raining down paint, it's coming at this guy at 20+ balls per second!! You smell blood, and quickly move up keeping him ducked for cover
while he prays for his mommy. The Spyder RS gave you that advantage, and
because of it the adrenaline is coursing through your veins and you feel great!!
We all find ourselves in situations that at times seem hopeless. And, we all have the choice to do nothing or take action.

~ The Spyder RS ~ Core Features ~
Rapid Charge Inline Regulator - Simply put, this allows the Spyder RS work on a pretty low operating pressure (300psi - Pounds per Square inch). This lower pressure reduces the amount of air that strikes the paintball, reducing the overall breaks in the breech. (Note: I've been using the Spyder RS for a few months now and have had 2 breaks, not kidding).
SE Technology - What? Synergy Engineered Technology. Uhh... what? All this means is that the marker can operate on both types of propellants, HPA and CO2, yay!
Anti-Chop Eye System -
Functional in all firing modes the Anti-Chop eye system of the RS works almost
perfectly! (Note: Eyes are a system set in place that reduce ball chopping)
C02 Compatible - See SE Technology above
On/Off ASA - Air Source Adapter with on/off switch allows you to de-gas your marker without taking the whole air tank off.

~ Rating/Recommendations ~
I will give the Spyder RS a solid 4.8 out of 5. For a little
over $200 bucks it's affordable and very nice looking. The Spyder RS
& RSX paintball marker is capable of using both CO2 and HPA propellants, add in the ACS, 20+bps and you've got yourself the perfect package.
But for the more advanced players out there, you might notice side to side movement on the trigger, it can be a little sloppy. If you're like me, I would
definitely upgrade the barrel and hopper, other then that, nothing else is wrong with this bad boy.
