Paintball Upgrades & Parts
Paintball Parts & Upgrades For Noobies - Welcome back folks, We hope you enjoyed part 3 of the upgrade guide! This is the final
instalment which will cover the rest of the upgrades you can get for paintball -
well not all but we've covered a lot!
Most fields or individual's these days are buying air
fill stations, or co2 fill stations so they can fill up
any paintballers marker before they hit the field.
Other things we will look at in this guide are drop
forwards and bottom lines, which are essential upgrades.
ASA's are air service adapters and you plug your air
or co2 tank into it, very important piece. We will
look at a very important part called the o-ring which
you can find virtually everywhere in the guts of your
paintball marker.
One of the biggest things you should have as a
beginner player is a parts kit, they usually come with
Allen wrenches, o-rings and lube - every guy should have
his lube kit...

16. Air Fill Stations

Air fill stations are very handy to have, especially
if you don't want to keep driving to your local shop to
keep refilling your air tank. This will save you money in the long
run, as well as be handy to yourself and other players.
There are also air fill stations for paintball fields.
Without air fill stations there are no paintball games.
17. Magazine Clips

Do you love scenario or MilSim (military simulation) paintball? Then these sweet looking magazine
clips are right up your alley! Slap them in and unload
massive amounts of paint on your buddies, plus you'll
look super cool if you have one.

Some magazine clips act as an expansion chamber, and some
hold paintballs, while others are just for good old
plain looks!

18. Drop Forwards, Bottom Lines & ASAs

What's a drop forward you ask? Other
then the obvious aesthetics (good looks) A drop forward
is simply something that mounts on the bottom of your
paintball marker and tilts your air tank on a diagonal
line, this helps with the overall balance of your
paintball marker.

Drop forwards look very cool to say the least, I mean, check out those pictures and you be the judge!

ASA (Air Source Adapter)
What's an ASA? ASA means Air Source Adapter and this
is simply where you screw your air tank into.

Bottom Line
What's a Bottom Line? A bottom
line is an ASA fitting that is placed on the bottom of
your grip frame.

19. O-Rings & Parts Kit/Tool Kit
Like any machine, you'll probably have to upgrade the
o-rings in your gun fairly often. Careful with o-rings,
they are easy to use - when you clean your paintball
marker just make sure to be very careful not to loose
these little guys.

You will also need a
tool kit to do some basic maintenance on your paintball
gun to keep it in top notch condition. Always follow and
keep the instructions you get from any paintball marker
box, believe me, they will come in handy later down the
road.
Parts Kit

The question isn't do I really need
all these supplies? No... the thing you should be asking
yourself is - will you be looking down the barrel,
or into it?™
